Our teams from CDA Management, Ingelo and Les Arcs Domaine Skiable (ADS) have just returned from a mission in Lebanon, where they worked on a project for a new 4-season destination: the confirmation of an international recognition of our expertise, for year-round developments.
Lebanon has been developing its ski areas since the 1950s, with a strong French presence in the country. Today it is one of the few countries in the world where it is possible to ski and enjoy the seaside in the same day.
After an initial programming work with the client, the project will offer an emblematic ski lift, recreational activities, a panoramic viewpoint, a ski, spa, restaurant and shopping offer as well as a real estate project, all with a sea view, only 35 km from Beirut. The new destination will be built near the existing Zaarour Club resort, which already offers year-round activities.
The first sketches have already been produced in collaboration with a Lebanese architect. The next step : another visit to complete the development plan as well as the technical and economic feasibility studies of the project.
