Represented by Laurence Piroué (Director of Human Resources - Holdings) and Sandra Picard (Director of Communications), Compagnie des Alpes was awarded the 5th most attractive French company on March 28, joining Naval Group (1), LVMH (2), bioMérieux (3) and Airbus (4).
This is the first time that the Group appears in this ranking, which has been a reference for 10 years now... and it enters directly into the Top 5.
The result of "the largest employer brand survey conducted internationally" by the world leader in human resources services, Randstad, the ranking, which measures the attractiveness of employers to the general public, is the result of a major survey administered to several thousand people, active or potentially active, aged between 18 and 65. Conducted by the independent institute TNS, it covered the 250 largest employers in France. The criteria: remuneration, working atmosphere, job security, pro/perso balance and location of the workplace.
This award is a great recognition and a reflection of the Group's good performance, carried by our employees, but also of our reinforced communication, particularly in press relations and on social networks (relaying our results/acquisitions/realisations, employee portraits, Jobteaser page, Outside CDA, etc.) which have enabled us to develop our reputation and attractiveness.
