CDA launches "Maison Haute"

In conjunction with the Destination Montagnes – Grand Ski trade fair to be held in Chambéry on 24 and 25 January 2023, Compagnie des Alpes is unveiling MAISON HAUTE, a new single brand for its network of mountain real estate agencies.
MAISON HAUTE is the new name for France’s leading network of mountain real estate agencies, comprising 12 agencies and over 12,000 beds in nearly 2,500 apartments and chalets, and 99 co-ownerships. In addition to giving all the real estate agencies in its network a shared identity, the MAISON HAUTE brand embodies the Group’s determination to roll out a range of services aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and offering optimised management to owners.

MAISON HAUTE: reinventing the customer and owner experience

In addition to its traditional transaction, co-owners’ association and seasonal rental activities, MAISON HAUTE will offer:
  • For customers: digitisation of the experience, including reservation, geolocation, 360° visit, easy access with door-to-door GPS guidance, online inventory, a concierge desk for in-resort services and experiences, and more.
  • For owners: 360° support including renovation assistance, transaction management, remote monitoring of the apartment, a guarantee of optimal occupancy in winter and summer, tax and asset management advice, and more.

MAISON HAUTE will be present in Flaine, Serre Chevalier, Méribel, Les Ménuires-Vallée des Belleville, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Le Corbier and La Rosière. Each agency’s visual identity will be revisited to emphasise its relationship with the resort. By this summer, the MAISON HAUTE agencies will have harmonised signage and will start offering the full range of services next winter season.

MAISON HAUTE: a new initiative for mountain accommodation

The creation of MAISON HAUTE backs up the Group’s goal of rolling out a network of leading real estate agencies in the most beautiful resorts of the Alps, with an optimised, identifiable and easy-to-understand offer for customers and owners alike.

The Compagnie des Alpes MAISON HAUTE network is naturally part of the Distribution & Hospitality BU created in October 2022 and headed by Yariv Abehsera. In addition to this network of real estate agencies, it now includes the MMV residences and hotels, the Yoonly&Friends lifestyle residences and the Travelfactory group (Travelski, Yoonly).

"The single brand will enable us to strengthen our strategy and accurately convey our values to effectively contribute to the warming of beds in many resorts. It is intended to establish us as a major player in the support of owners through the management of mandates" Yariv Abehsera, Director of the Distribution & Hospitality BU.

“In addition to redefining and harmonising our real estate offer, the launch of the new brand reflects our desire to provide heightened visibility for owners and better access to a revamped offer for our customers and distributors.” Ludovic Di Meglio, MAISON HAUTE network director
