While the reopening approaches in big step, the park launches its recruitment drive of the seasonal workers and, big novelty, eliminates CV for the benefit of a video pre-interview. More than 200 post offices are to be provided. The opportunity to enlarge the family of the called seasonal workers the " generators of WAAA "!
Who will be our seasonal worker ?
From February 1st, the park will open its doors to the candidates who will wish to become the ambassadors of Walibi in more than 20 different domains: qualified first-aid workers of the BNSSA *, agents of cleanliness, technicians of maintenance as well as sellers, desk clerks ... The bit extra which makes "WAAA" : The majority of jobs offered require no experience and are accessible to all. The last season, 45 % of the seasonal workers renewed their contract in 2018.

Walibi's training set
Since 2015, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, employment agency, the AFDAS ** and the AFPA unite to propose to job-seekers a complete training program to obtain a Professional certificate of Competence of Agent of Leisure. This year still, the park will accompany a promotion of 10 people alternately for training "Loaded with Tourist Welcome". The opportunity for these future alternants to be formed on the ground beside professionals hardened of the tourism. The recruitment for this training began January 21st, 2019, and training will begin itself from February.
A recruting process like no other
For the majority of vacant positions, no experience or specific diploma is required. That is why this year, the park Walibi Rhône-Alpes decided to eliminate CV in the recruitment process of its seasonal workers: " because every candidate is unique and deserve to be heard, the park proposes from now on a video pre-interview. The stake for Walibi is to recruit candidates for what they are really and not what they are through a CV. "
Those who will validate this 1st stage will be invited to a session of recruitment where various individual and collective workshops will be set up.
