With the winter season fast approaching, the Compagnie des Alpes Group was today voted the World’s Best Ski Resort Group for 2022. Awarded for the very first time at the tenth edition of the World Ski Awards, the prize rewards the passion and commitment of the employees and delegating authorities of the Group’s 10 ski areas and the French ski resort industry as a whole.

The first win in this new category goes to the French
The only French representative nominated in the new category, Compagnie des Alpes was in the running against the biggest international names.
This win for our Group acknowledges the expertise and know-how of the entire French ski resort industry – part of its DNA for more than 50 years.
A vote of confidence from – and for – our customers and partners
The award confirms the confidence of our customers and industry professionals, who expressed widespread support for CDA’s nomination.
Over the course of nearly four months, industry professionals, customers and employees had the chance to express their preference online and thereby set the global benchmark in various worldwide categories.
Created in 2013 to promote excellence in tourism in ski areas worldwide, the World Ski Awards each year reward the organisations recognised as leaders in their field.
